Job Responsibilities:
∎ Inspection report analysis and review (knitting inhouse and Sub con)
∎ Implements as well as monitor the quality control methods of Gary fabric.
∎ Overall Monitor all quality related issues grey fabric.
∎ Ensures that Grey fabrics are minting buyer's requirements.
∎ Trouble shooting Follow-up.
∎ Job card issue quality fail fabric.
∎ Job card issue quality fail fabric.
∎ Make daily quality inspection report
∎ Lot/color wise Grey GSM and stitch length check.
∎ Maintain inter communication with all department. (knitting +Dyeing)
∎ Maintains TNA plan (inspection knitting inhouse and Sub con)
∎ Problem identifies
∎ Maintains team discipline
