Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Food and Process Engineering/Food Science from any reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the team of quality technicians.
∎ Ensure the Quality and Food Safety monitoring processes are in place as per standard procedure from FSI/FSSC 22000.
∎ Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
∎ Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality (incoming RM/PM/On-line/FG/Dry).
∎ Monitor risk management activities.
∎ Ensure Cold chain monitoring at factory, chilling centre, DB points and in retailer shop.
∎ Ensure GMP, Hygiene & Work safety are in place and respected.
∎ Ensure calibration of all measuring instruments/apparatus.
∎ Ensure rejection management, CIP & Air - water quality.
∎ Handling Quality returns/ market complain / consumer complaints.
∎ Responsible for document management systems according to FSSC 22000.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 3 - 4 year experience in Quality Function at Food/Beverage Industry.
∎ Minimum 1 Certification on any standard: e.g. CODEX-GMP, Quality Management, HACCP, ISO: 9001, FSSC: 22000.
∎ Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience.
∎ Experience with implementation of corrective action programs.
∎ Hands-on about tools, concepts and methodologies of QA and Food Safety.
∎ Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements.
∎ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office & Fluency in oral and written English.
∎ People Oriented; Able to Work with Team and Internal/External Stakeholder.
∎ Self-driven, able to operate effectively in a high pace working environment, with significant autonomy.
∎ Ownership: make decisions, is accountable
∎ Pragmatic, pro-active, problem solver
