∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree in Microbiology

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead & ensure all activities are done as per GLP & regularly monitor microbiological control areas as per food safety guideline.
∎ Organize and ensure at the microbiological testing.
∎ Microbiological media preparation and disposal, storage and growth promotion test
∎ Procurement and Maintenance of Microbial master culture
∎ Folow the sampling instruction, specification test method and quality control procedure Prepare and up-gradation of SOP STPs validation protocol used in Microbiological Laboratory and provides the training
∎ To identification & enumeration of total Coliflor & focal collom, total plate count, yeast & moll, Salmonella & stigela, Vibrio & bacilus from different products.
∎ To perform the air best, swab test growth promotion test (GPT)& Growth Inhibitory test (GIT).

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-3 years of experience as Microbiologist in Food Industry.
∎ Hard worker, able to work under pressure.
