∎ Graduation in Food Science/Food Technology from any reputed institution.

∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Knowledge on ISO and HACCP
∎ Knowledge on Six Sigma and Lean management
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning and organizing all production schedules (Such as, Production planning, manpower planning) and regulating workflows to ensure maximum utilization of capacity and requirements.
∎ Reducing wastage of resources and minimizing cost of production " improve efficiency and production.
∎ Overseeing multiple production lines " ensures that all production goals are met by establishing a manufacturing management.
∎ Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
∎ Supervising the work of staff and officers " routinely counseling with each other.
∎ Determining quality control.
∎ Monitor industrial hygiene and waste handling.
∎ Coordinate the activities of effective cleaning of machinery equipment and utilities in the plant and premises.
∎ Developing the quality of products and strictly controlling the whole process " ensuring maintain the product temperature, humidity, and moisture.
