∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Planning, Coordination & data analysis.
∎ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
∎ Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
∎ Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude.
∎ Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Business analytics, capacity planning, master production schedule, machine and manpower requirement planning, sales data analysis, real-time production data visualization, strategic planning.
∎ Ensuring effective system operation (from purchase order receipt to finished goods delivery) and removing bottlenecks from the system by communicating and coordinating across different departments and teams.
∎ Plan, lead, monitor, coordinate, and control efficiency, process improvement, quality control, cost optimization, automation, and other relevant projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and objectives are fulfilled, and providing regular updates to top management.
∎ Follow up on order status with merchandisers, fabric team, and garment manufacturer to ensure on-time delivery of all goods and to achieve monthly sales projections.
∎ Organize and participate in meetings, ensuring that essential decisions and action items are documented, communicated, and implemented.
∎ Analyze relevant data to provide insights and recommendations for improving business operations.
∎ Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, summarizing critical findings and emphasizing feasible remedies.
