∎ Human Resource Management Software Development for Garments/Tents Company.
∎ Good Communication & Negotiation Skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Highly knowledgeable on HRMS DATABASE software.
∎ Potential to acquire new technologies.
∎ Smart positive thinking to solving issues.
∎ Prepare report as required by management.
∎ Manage existing HRMS Software & develop new requirements and able to handle it independently.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
∎ Prepare monthly report for Accounts and HR/Admin departments.
∎ Time to time report to the reporting boss.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
∎ We are 100% foreign owned Tent & Furniture Manufacturing Company at CEPZ, looking for Sr. Executive for MIS Department with below job responsibilities.
