Experience:
Conversant to local Procurement Process, Market Knowledge & relevant Skills Advanced Level Excel Proficiency.
Working knowledge of Power PT, Power BI for Management Reporting will be added extra Point.
ERP (Oracle/ SAP) experienced, if any. Excellent Negotiation, Presentation, Attention to detail & follow-up skills.
Proactive thinking & problem-solving attitude with high moral/ ethical standard Good Team Player with excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision & to cope-up with work under stress and long working hours.
Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
Prepare plan for proper sourcing & on time delivery of required items.
Source supplier for required sourcing and maintain regular communication with suppliers to meet smooth & on time delivery; ensure procurement to maintain 7R and complete P2P cycle.
Collect price quotations, prepare comparative statement (CS) and collect approval of purchase.
Conduct market survey in order to develop new/alternative suppliers.
Liaison with store, audit, accounts and others related department to ensure receiving of goods with desired quality, quantity or any other perimeters and complete the total procurement process.
