Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Ability to handle clients on land sale on different range of product of the Company.
∎ • Have to generate clients through various channels and match their needs;
∎ • Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to meet the targets;
∎ • Ensuring strong presence, visibility & dominance company products;
∎ • Creating new corporate /industrial or group customer to acquire the target;
∎ • Achieve company revenue and profit targets by execution of proper planning ;
∎ • Responsible for regular follow-up clients and maintain their records in the ERP.
