Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/B.Sc in Computer Science&Engineering (Qualification may be relaxed for experienced candidate).

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Configure, Operate, Maintenance and troubleshooting of all workstation and all types of IT equipment and apparatus like Desk top / Lap top/ I pad, Data Server, CC/IP Cameras, DVR/NVR, Network Devices, Printers/Scanners, weighing bridge Device etc.
∎ Monitor and maintain computer system and network infrastructure, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
∎ Repairing and replacing of IT equipment as necessary.
∎ Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
∎ Provide Technical advice to company's staffs, developing IT-dependent projects and systems.
∎ Administrate in building of ERP Software consist of Container Terminal Management System (CTMS), Accounts & Finance ,HR & Payroll , Inventory , Canteen management.
∎ Train the data entry operators and subordinates.
∎ Maintain and update the website and Apps of the company.
∎ Maintain the company's Management Information Systems and to advise on matters relating to Information and Communication Technology.
∎ Correspond and consult with software developer to customize software
∎ Handling the troubleshoot network and system problem.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum Five years experience in performing above responsibilities.
∎ Ability to work hard and coordinate with higher Management.
∎ Problem diagnosis and solving ability in technical aspects with appropriate knowledge.
∎ Good command in procurement and purchase of all IT materials with appropriate price, quantity and quality.
∎ Ability to arrange appropriate Vendor (If Necessary).
∎ Proven Experience in performing the said responsibilities.
∎ Good writing and oral Communication skills particularly in Bangla and English.

Salary:
∎ Monthly BDT 20,000/= to 30,000/= (Salary package shall be negotiable based on experience).
