  • Age At least 30 years
  • Educational qualification & Age may be relaxed for the candidates who have been performing for long years above responsibilities with command and experience.
  • Ability to work and coordinate with higher Management.
  • Computer skills on word processing, typing in both Bangla and English, Internet applications.
  • Good writing and oral Communication skills particularly in Bangla and English.
  • Problem diagnosis and solving ability in technical aspects of Security issues.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill and ability to work in a team.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Acting as a representative and defending company cases in court by appointed lawyer.

  • Legal opinions, deed writing, Land & Asset Registration along with related all agreement preparation, General Diary, assisting in land surveys, demarcations, occupations, property security.

  • Compiling and providing a detailed list of cases with monthly court dates, consulting and collaborating with advocates to pursue on time settlements.

  • Coordinating with Asset & Property -related government offices and other competent authorities, if required.

  • Establishing connections and liaising with government and non-government organizations, Law enforcing authority including the AC (Land) office, Land revenue office, Sub-Registry office, Police station, DC office, Divisional Office, etc.

  • Filing and recording all legal deeds, civil & criminal case files, and other relevant paperwork.

  • Retrieving and presenting any necessary files as requested or required by the authorities.

  • Ensuring timely payment of land taxes, mutation, and rentals.

  • Any other task assigned by the management time to time.

Job Location: Corporate office, Agrabad, Chittagong
