Job Context:
∎ Haier, a fortune 500 Home Appliance Company is looking for a Sr. Executive-IT (Business System Analyst). Candidate should be self-driven and have the capacity to work with a foreign team.
∎ Job Location: Corporate Office, Gulshan, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Requirement Analysis as per business need.
∎ Prepare project plan, system blueprint, and other project-relevant documents.
∎ System integration through API.
∎ System Support for SAP ERP including SD, MM, PP, FICO modules, POS, VAT & others Business systems.
∎ Communicate with oversee IT team and Local Vendor and customize the system as per business needs.
∎ Determines operational objectives by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements.
∎ Designs new functions by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts diagrams; studying, system capabilities; writing specifications.
∎ Improve systems by studying current practices, designing modifications.
∎ Validate change requests and keep track of change management.
∎ Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements, forming project team.
∎ Establishing project budget.
∎ Monitors project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions.
∎ Provides references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation, providing help desk support, training users.
∎ Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
∎ Update to the department Head on project progress and reporting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Analysis, Software Project Management.
∎ Candidates should have the ability to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Good Communication Skills.
∎ Should be fluent in English.
∎ Leadership Quality.
∎ Must have a workable knowledge of Software Project Management.
