Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Understanding of LAN, WAN, VPNs, firewalls, and other network-related components.
∎ Knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, Linux), cloud services, and virtualization tools.
∎ Familiarity with SQL, Oracle, or similar database systems.
∎ Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
∎ Awareness of data protection, IT security protocols, and compliance requirements.
∎ Leading teams, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
∎ Ability to align IT initiatives with organizational goals.
∎ IT budgets effectively.Negotiating with and managing relationships with external service providers.
∎ Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
∎ Strong presentation and report-writing skills.
∎ Analytical skills to identify IT challenges and implement effective solutions.
∎ Proven experience in crisis management during system failures or security breaches.
∎ Adaptability to rapidly changing technology and business needs.
∎ Strong knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies.
