Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collection & submission of Export LC/SC, IC, BL official documents etc.
∎ Receiving Proforma Invoice from the concern department & updating the pending list.
∎ Prepare Scrutiny PI, BTB LC/Amendment Proposal as per Sales Contract/Export LC.
∎ Maintain LC Registrar.Update BTB LC Statement.Share all BTB LC copies with the concerned department.
∎ File up all LC/ PI copies (Export LC/ Cont. wise).
∎ All Correspondence with related departments regarding LC/PI, amendment issues.
∎ Maintain data entry process.Maintain import register/statement.
∎ Proper documentation of Banking & Import as per requirements.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
