Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in Finance/ Accounting/ Management from any reputed public or private University of Bangladesh or abroad.
∎ CA (CC) Certificate Level Completed.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with Merchandising, Cad & IE Planning Section.
∎ Manage, Investigate and control all the Short/additional program of AB Group.
∎ Investigate the Reason behind process loss, production gap and lacking.
∎ Find out the Reason of Defect.
∎ Trace Fabric From store to Finished Goods.
∎ Find out the mistake of Quality Department.
∎ Find out the Gaping between IE And Production
∎ Trace the IE Department work and find out the lacking.
∎ Work with Cutting Consumption and Marker.
∎ Find out the Style wise Process loss related problem from Cutting.
∎ Find out Production Problem , abnormal loss and submit report accordingly.
∎ Find out Production Problem ,abnormal loss and submit report accordingly.
∎ To check inventory and physical verification of stock & store in regular basis
∎ Planning with cost control, minimize wastage, increase productivity, efficiency and minimize the process loss.
∎ Give Daily Process loss, Mistake and gaping related news to the management.
∎ Order closing report preparation
∎ Make overall pressure and keep eye on all department work.
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ He should have skills in MS-Office program (i.e. MS-Word, Excel & Power Point).
∎ Strong interpersonal skill to communicate with people.
∎ Ability to work under pressure
