Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to maintain accurate work measurements to maintained plan production efficiency.
∎ Comprehensive knowledge on knit garment Mens and wear/Children wear/lingerie/underwear Items construction & Implementation.
∎ Increase productivity by reducing SMV and ensure continuous improvement of production process activities.
∎ Identifying technological advancements to improve methods.
∎ Closely work with your cross functional teams so that factory requirement are full filled throughout the process by guiding your subordinates achieve results.
∎ Operator's skill test & skill matrix preparation.
∎ Input in-hand, WIP, change over time monitoring.
∎ S/He will be trained by the expert trainer from home & abroad.
