• Age 35 to 40 years
• Only Male

Develop and monitor detailed knitting production plans based on order requirements and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with merchandising, fabric sourcing, dyeing, and production teams to align planning with order priorities.

Ensure optimal utilization of knitting machines and manpower to maximize productivity.

Track order status and knitting output on a daily basis, identifying any delays or bottlenecks.

Maintain close communication with the yarn store to ensure availability of required yarns as per the plan.

Prepare and analyze weekly and monthly knitting performance reports (machine efficiency, production vs. target, downtime, etc.).

Follow up on urgent or priority orders to ensure timely completion and delivery.

Manage planning software/tools or spreadsheets to update and track orders and capacity.

Raise alerts in case of any deviation from production schedules or material shortages.

Maintain compliance with company quality, safety, and sustainability policies.
