Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement IE practice in every possible area for maximum productivity and elimination of works.
∎ Monitor Production flow system.
∎ Monitor and improve the operator performance & train the operator if needed.
∎ Work to ensure quality control.
∎ Breakdown the garment, Production Study & Method Study
∎ Find out Line & Factory Efficiency.
∎ Calculation SMV and teach thread consumptions.
∎ Prepare production efficiency report, Hourly production report.
∎ Input required data in ERP Live.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Sound knowledge of Lean manufacturing.
∎ Energetic, analytical ability & Good Personality.
