Job Responsibilities:
∎ Worker Recruitment & Selection.
∎ Prepare, update and keep employee personal file.
∎ Maintain disciplinary procedure.
∎ To attend and face all types of external and internal audit.
∎ Prepare audit documents.
∎ Prepare monthly increment sheet of workers/staffs.
∎ To supervise and finalize annual increment sheets.
∎ Prepare final settlement bill.
∎ Prepare canteen bill.
∎ Handling Participation Committee and prepare meeting & minutes.
∎ Check and maintain updated laws.
∎ Handling health and safety issues.
∎ Arrange all training and prepare training schedule & keep record.
∎ Conduct training (Nirapon, IWAY, EHS, PPE and Security & Threat Awareness.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
