∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Bachelor of Law (LLB)
∎ Post Graduate Diploma (PGDHRM) From BIM or Others relevant certification will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Human Resource Management, Office Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bangladesh Labor Law, Bangladesh Labor Law Rules, Computer Proficiency, Factory HR Administration, Furniture Industries, HRIS/ HR Database Management, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Policy Development, Recruitment & Selection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Furniture, Furniture Manufacturer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
∎ Manpower planning and handling entire recruitment procedure, job advertisement,
∎ review, screening of application and finalizing the process of appointment.
∎ Properly update and maintain the personal files of all employees & Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
∎ Formulate and develop and upgrading of HR manual / policy in the organization.
∎ Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
∎ Properly prepare and serve different letters Offer Letters, Appointments, Confirmation, and Transfer and Promotion letters.
∎ Assessing Manpower demand from the concerned department.
∎ Job design and development based on organizational and department goals.
∎ Ensure core business, activates and participating in overall HR controlling system of the company.
∎ Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
∎ Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees.
∎ Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database.
∎ Communicating with factories regarding attendance, salary sheet and any other issues of HR & Payroll.
∎ Prepare monthly training calendar, organize training and development of training material according to company needs.
∎ Prepare issues Office notes, Memo, Office Order, Notice & circulars in respect of HR & Administrative issues efficiently in Bengali and English language.
∎ Maintaining provident Fund day-to-day Operation & Account's properly.
∎ Check the conveyances of employees, by checking their tracking.
∎ Coordinate with vendor Management like -GP, BDJOBS and Software Developer.
∎ Corporate SIM card management & procedure billing management.
∎ Managing monthly/ quarterly/ yearly performance appraisal process.
∎ Prepare daily tracking report, late report and absent report.
∎ Look after healthy workplace hygiene and environment.
∎ Ensure safe and healthy work environment for employees
∎ Review existing policies & create new policies discus with line management which is align with Org strategy, HR Vision and strategy.
∎ Take initiative to update all kinds of legal license of the company.
∎ Maintain liaison with govt./ various regulatory bodies & communicate with public services when necessary.
∎ Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Sound knowledge of on Bangladesh Labor Law.
∎ Good oral and written communication in Bangla & English.
∎ MS Office/Excel proficiency is a must.
∎ PowerPoint presentation skills.
∎ Attention to detail & accuracy, willing to work under pressure.
∎ Sound Knowledge of latest Labor Laws, amendments and must be well conversant with Labor Law & Rules, Fire Rules, Environmental Law and other related rules & regulations, especially related to Manufacturing industries.
∎ Good command over English language is mandatory.
∎ Excellent typing speed both for Bangla & English is require.
∎ Applicant residing in Malibag / Near Malibag will get high preference.
∎ Team Player and Keeping self and team focused on key priorities.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
