Job Context:
∎ Natural Denims Ltd is a leading denim manufacturing and exporting company in Bangladesh. We are looking for suitable candidates for the position of Sr. Executive in our R&D team who will be a fashion designer dedicated to creating extraordinary fashion designs based on innovative and original concepts in multiple categories. As a Fashion Designer the prospect will create and orchestrate original design concepts, refecting design philosophies of individual brands, while appropriately meeting merchandising needs.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Research and develop brand appropriate design trends and fashion ideas specifcally targeted the global brands. Prepare the seasonal collections accordingly.
∎ Collaborate with sourcing, PD and R&D teams to select lead, develop and fnalize new designs, select materials, incorporate relevant technologies, select color and trims and relate them to the product design & function.
∎ Understand design from a technical perspective, i.e. producing patterns, mock-ups and technical specifications for designs.
∎ Ensure the timely and successful design and development of products in line with the brand requirements.
∎ Keep up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colors and shapes.
∎ Capacity to create new trends as per the brand guidelines.
∎ Cooperate with the merchandising department for all kinds of development projects.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Total 3 to 5 years experience in relevant fields with any reputed fashion house/ garment factory as product developer.
∎ In depth knowledge of textile raw materials, fabric composition, structure, construction, patterns, embroidery, print, trim, accessories, etc.
∎ Extensive knowledge of denim design and development.
∎ Be able to work on deadlines and manage multiple projects in parallel.
∎ Should have good profciency in English.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and should conduct the team as a supportive leader
∎ Must be accustomed with fashion-graphic designing, Photoshop, Illustrator and CAD.
