Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline in Human Resource Management
∎ Minimum academic results required: Obtained minimum 4.50 GPA out of 5.00 in both SSC & HSC result and minimum 3.00 CGPA out of 4.00 in both graduation and post-graduation.
∎ Masters/ MBA & PGD in Human Resource Management will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Human Resources & Development, Learning and Development, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Boutique/ Fashion, Retail Store

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop collaborative relationship with key business persons and other subject related experts
∎ Analyze training needs analysis to determine needs and appropriate training methods
∎ Develop classroom based and tailor made training modules
∎ Develop and customize high quality materials including participants guides, worksheets and facilitators manual
∎ Maintain relationship with external training institutes and trainers
∎ Conduct Train-the-Trainer activities for new programs
∎ Facilitates and conduct trainings as per need
∎ Lead, drive and embed a customer focused sales culture
∎ Deliver effective sales programs and campaigns to meet the needs of performance with sales strategies
∎ Deliver and embed all new Sales initiatives
∎ Enhance the sales capability and confidence within the network
∎ Successful embedding and adoption of effective Being Bigger and Better sales management routines and disciplines
∎ Support the monitoring of sales performance, bench-marking results and collaboratively working with the business to enhance performance
∎ Proactively develop and implement internal and external business development strategies to achieve business growth and financial objectives

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Renowned retail brand shop experience is mandatory.
∎ Knowledge on TNA, content development, simulation design, research methodology etc.
∎ Must have skills on report writing, negotiation, presentation and analytical ability.
∎ Good command in written & communication in English shall be given preference
∎ Normal cognitive abilities including the ability to learn, recall, and apply certain practices and policies;
∎ Strong analytical and communication ability;
∎ Very good Communication Skill;
∎ Passion for innovation & Creativity;
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure;
∎ Should be self-driven, result oriented, hardworking;
∎ Willingness to travel frequently;
∎ Teamwork and Team commitment;
∎ High level of professional integrity.
