Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a young, dynamic and energetic Sr. Executive / Executive officer, (Sales & Marketing) Who must have min 2 years experience in the Bangladesh Housing Industry( For land Sale).
∎ Duty Time: 10 am to 7 pm.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must be do their duty perfectly and boots the sales.
∎ Inbound & Out bound phone calls.
∎ To take challenges & achieve sales target.
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
∎ Follow up daily information.
∎ Outdoor marketing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Smart, Nice Looking and Pleasant personality.
∎ Good command over English and Bengali.
∎ Computer skill must (Microsoft office).
∎ 2 years minimum experience in land sale.

Salary: Negotiable
