• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor of business administration BBA & MBA will be extra preference)

• 6 to 8 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Age 30 to 45 years

• Computer skill must (Microsoft office). 
• 6-8 years’ experience in housing sector especially land sale.

• Duty Time: 10 am to 7 pm.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Candidate must be do their duty perfectly and boots the sales.
• Ability to team building with take challenge & achieve monthly sales Target.
• Should have ability to monitor the team in bound & Out bound phone calls.
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives. 
• As Team Leader 
• Follow up daily information.
• Must have the ability to manage several outdoor marketing Teams.
• Smart, Nice Looking and Pleasant personality
• Good command over English and Bengali 

The Company will provide two Eid Festival Bonus. Lunch: The company will provide Lunch.
