𝐖𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐠, 𝐝𝐲𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜 Assistant Manager (S𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 M𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠) 𝐖𝐡𝐨 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 6-8 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐡 housing 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 for 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞)
- Duty Time: 10 am to 7 pm.
𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Candidate must be do their duty perfectly and boots the sales.
- Ability to team building with take challenge & achieve monthly sales Target.
- Should have ability to monitor the team in bound & Out bound phone calls.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- As Team Leader
- Follow up daily information.
- Must have the ability to manage several outdoor marketing Teams.
- Smart, Nice Looking and Pleasant personality
- Good command over English and Bengali
