∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry/Chemical Engineering from any university of Bangladesh
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Flexible Packaging, Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Packaging Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check & test the quality of incoming raw materials and finished products as per standard
∎ Develop Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for quality assurance and ensure proper implementation of quality check of flexible packaging products
∎ Work with the production team and assist them for achieving high levels of quality products as per standards
∎ Conduct chemical tests and physical tests of raw materials and finished feeds on a regular basis
∎ Ensure the quality of finished product constantly and compare with standard
∎ Handle and store laboratory equipment with safety and security
∎ Keep documentation of laboratory activities for reference purposes
∎ Check & test the quality machines and chemicals
∎ Anticipate problems/defects that may arise in the manufacturing process and take preparation accordingly
∎ Maintain quality control methodologies to carry out analysis
∎ Prepare report on wastage issue in order to ensure minimum loss of production
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Good Communication skill
∎ Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
∎ Ability to ensure compliance as per FSSC 22000 & ISO 9001
∎ Sound Knowledge about chemicals used in production of Flexible printing and packaging
