Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc Engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/ Chemical having minimum of 3 years experience or Diploma Engineer in Mechanical/Electrical/ Chemical having 5 years experience in Paper Production preferably in Coating Machine.
∎ Skills Required: Industrial production

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare production plan, organize staff, and run the operations by insuring product utmost standards/quality etc.
∎ Minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of all the resources.
∎ Analyze various processes/ applications and initiate appropriate measures to enhance operational efficiency.
∎ Maintain a collaborative relationships with all stakeholders to ensure congenial work culture.
∎ Review safety standards & ensure the safety of the worksite during the course of operation & development.
∎ Assist in manpower planning, recruitment and evaluation of the team members.
∎ Keep records appropriately and prepare different reports as per guidelines.
∎ Any other projects assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 03 years experience in production at any paper & tissue manufacturing industry.
∎ Able to work under minimum supervision and to handle multitasking activities.
∎ Planning and Leadership skills.
∎ Excellent analytical, time management, communication and interpersonal skill.
∎ Proven track record in managing production.
∎ Must be a team player having exceptional leadership qualities with creativity.
∎ Proficiency in SAP and various MS Office applications.
