We are seeking a dynamic & experienced person for Sr. Executive / Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product development processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative, high-quality products that meet market demands & customer expectations.

• Lead the product development process from concept to final approval, ensuring alignment with customer requirements, market trends & company goals.

• Collaborate with design teams to develop product specifications, material selections & prototypes.

• Conduct feasibility studies, cost analysis & risk assessments for new product lines.

• Source & negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality materials within budget constraints.

• Plan & manage development timelines, ensuring all milestones are achieved on schedule.

• Monitor production samples & ensure adherence to quality standards & specifications.

• Coordinate with the production team to transition products from development to mass production seamlessly.

• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences & competitor strategies.

• Provide insights & recommendations for product innovation & improvement.

• Work closely with the sales & marketing teams to align product offerings with market needs.

• Maintain strong relationship with suppliers & clients to facilitate smooth communication & collaboration.
