∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Knitting Production, Knitting R and D, knitting sample
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate the Merchandising team to collect fabric booking, and identify the buyer-nominated fabric construction, quality, challenges, and T&A.
∎ Develop research programs incorporating current developments to improve existing products and study the potential of new fabrics.
∎ Analyze buyer-given swatch to develop greige fabric accordingly.
∎ Plan and monitor the sample knitting program to ensure on-time sample production and delivery.
∎ Ensure the sample fabric quality in the R&D stage to extend business expectancies in consultation with Unit Head.
∎ Store Sample Fabric Data from knitting to finishing for further information.
∎ Keep and maintain hanger on fabric hanger gallery.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Knowledge about efficient knitting R&D operations, Fiber, yarn, fabric structure, quality parameters, and management reporting.
∎ Planning and organizing skills.
∎ Problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively.
∎ Conversant with MS office.
