Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
∎ Conduct market research to identify trends, audience behavior, and competitor strategies.
∎ Align digital marketing efforts with overall brand positioning and business goals.
∎ Create and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, tiktok ads, and YouTube Ads.
∎ Manage audience targeting, A/B testing, and conversion tracking for better ad performance.
∎ Optimize ad budgets and bidding strategies to lower CPC, CPM, and CAC while increasing ROI.
∎ Set up and manage retargeting & remarketing campaigns.
∎ Design and optimize landing pages for high conversions using tools like Unbounce, Elementor, ClickFunnels.
∎ Track bounce rates, user journeys, and heatmaps using Google Analytics & Hotjar.
∎ Monitor and analyze digital marketing KPIs using Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, UTM tracking, and GA4.
∎ Conduct market research on products and services to generate digital marketing strategy.
∎ Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and CRM platforms for data-driven decision-making.
∎ We are looking for a highly motivated Sr. Executive/ Executive – Digital Marketing to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. They should have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, and experience in driving online engagement, lead generation, and brand awareness.
