Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum graduate from any reputed public or Private University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct the social health and technical audit independently.
∎ Vary sharp knowledge about SLCP, HIGG, RSC/ Accord etc.
∎ Able to understand all compliance issues and provide necessary & solution promptly.
∎ Capable to handle buyers and 3rd party Audit (Announced or unannounced).
∎ Corresponds with buyers and various compliance monitoring team and auditing team.
∎ Prepare audit report and follow-up CAP for individual factory.
∎ Verify and review social and health compliance standard to check on product safety & sharp tool control systems.
∎ Maintain and ensure all compliance related issues i.e. buyer COC and legal requirements as per BLL.
∎ Check & maintain all documents as required by law.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good writing and oral Communication skills particularly in Bangla and English.
∎ Computer skill on MS Office/ Excel is must.
