Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing is preferred
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Professional certification in ECommerce or Digital Marketing is preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing & executing email and digital marketing strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals with a clear understanding of the target audience and creating content that resonates with them.
∎ Creating email and digital campaigns that are visually appealing, engaging, and effective, including writing compelling subject lines, designing email templates, and creating ad copies and graphics that drive conversions.
∎ Managing the email and digital lists to ensure that they are up-to-date & subscribers have given permission to receive emails along with a good understanding of email regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM, and ensure compliance.
∎ Tracking and analyzing the performance of email and digital campaigns including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI for continually refining and improving email and digital marketing strategies.
∎ Collaborating with other teams such as sales and content marketing to ensure that email and digital campaigns are aligned with other marketing efforts & working with designers and developers to create landing pages and other assets.
∎ Staying up-to-date with the latest email and digital marketing trends and best practices including attending conferences, networking with other email and digital marketers, and reading industry blogs and publications.
∎ Identify challenges and insights, optimize performance based on the senses, evaluate emerging technologies affecting the industry, and provide leadership for the adoption where appropriate.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Excellent understanding of digital promotion marketing concepts & best practices
∎ Experience with social media, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM
∎ Working & perfect knowledge of ad serving tools & web analytics tools
∎ Better skills and experience in creative content writing
∎ Analytical mindset and critical thinking
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Experience in MailChimp is preferred
