∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Enhance company portfolio through developing new product, new buyers and improved ways of working.
∎ • Act as a trouble shooter in all aspect of knit fabrics development in finishing stage.
∎ • Ability to work closely with all the buyers and ensure T&A is maintained on development process.
∎ • Lead a team of product developer to ensure right quality during development process.
∎ • Develop concepts, products, and solutions by coordinating with Marketing team.
∎ • Need to analyze client's requirements for Particular Fabrics and Development as per Buyers' requirement.
∎ • Study and Work on New Techniques to Meet Client Aesthetic Requirements.
∎ • Keeping documents of all phases of research and development.
∎ • Any other job as assigned by the seniors.
∎ • Responsible for H&M counter & Test sample from Dyeing to Delivery
∎ • Competence in different Fleece Fabric Quality
∎ • Close monitoring of Finishing process.
∎ • To lead a team in finishing floor.
∎ • Ensure excellent fabric quality

Salary: Negotiable
