Job Responsibilities:
∎ Represent the brand image through digital platforms to the customer and other stakeholders
∎ Ensure the maximum reach of social media accounts and contents to the customer through online boosting.
∎ Increase the number of traffic in websites and social media accounts
∎ Plan and creating short & long term digital marketing strategy for the brands across all relevant platforms.
∎ Supervise all digital marketing content creation
∎ Schedule digital contents across all social media platforms
∎ Manage the social media platforms (Facebook page, Linkedin Profile, Instagram.
∎ Observe the responses and reactions on the post, analyzing those and share it to the brand team
∎ Take proactive and reactive decisions for social media
∎ Allocate and spend budget accordingly in Social media platforms
∎ Work as a link between management and the Digital marketing team to convey details and brand goals
∎ Prepare monthly reports on digital marketing activity and budget spending to report it to the Upper management
∎ Coordinate with SEO optimizers and site developers to keep the site relevant, user friendly and make the site easily viewable on Google, Bing and other search engines
∎ Work with digital advertising agencies to run Google Ads and YouTube Ads
∎ Run seasonal and festival related digital marketing campaigns on relevant platforms
∎ Keep abreast of the information of recent technology used for digital marketing
Additional Requirements:
∎ Applied understanding of basic marketing principles
∎ Creative problem-solving skills
∎ Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English
