∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD in Compliance,Relevant courses in Compliance will be treated as an advantage
∎ Skills Required: Compliance, Factory Compliance, Social Compliance

∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to ensure implementation of the Compliance as per Compliance manuals.
∎ The candidate must have special art on written a CAP.
∎ Have to prepare and update the assessment of labor law requirements from a compliance point of view.
∎ Have to be capable of organizing training/awareness on a regular basis.
∎ Preparing the factory for facing different audits such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, C-TPAT, RSC, ICS, and buyer audits.
∎ Should have detailed and proper experience with HIGG FEM.
∎ Should have detailed knowledge about OCS, RCS, GOTS, OKEO-TEX, and Grs.
∎ Have to carry out regular Compliance Audit.
∎ Look after the floor keeping during the audit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ The candidate should have a strong capability in mailing correspondence, writing memos, dealing with buyers, conducting meetings, and leading the team.
∎ Have to be very fluent both in written and verbal communication in English.
