∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ • The candidate should have a strong capability in mailing correspondence, writing memos, dealing with the buyers, conducting meetings, and leading the team.
∎ • Have to be very fluent both in written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Have to ensure implementation of the factory compliance as per Compliance manuals.
∎ Have to prepare and update the assessment of Labor law requirements from a Compliance point of view.
∎ Have to be capable organize training/awareness on regular basis.
∎ To prepare the factory for facing different audits such as BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ICS, C-TPAT, FLSM, ISO etc.
∎ Should have detail and proper experience on HIGG FEM.
∎ Should have detailed knowledge about product certification with OCS, RCS, GOTS, GRS, OEKO-TEX, Higg.
∎ Other related Factory Compliance related activites.
∎ Job context: The ideal candidate must have 8-9 years of working experience in handling the Social Compliance functions of any reputed Garments Company.
