• Develop detailed operation breakdowns for style to optimize production processes and maintain a database for all styles, ensuring easy access to critical production data.
• Calculate accessories consumption & prepare reports for various styles to ensure accurate material requirements for production while maintaining a precise record for future reference.
• Upcoming style review, external work & simulation meeting to reduce internal time.
• Analyze existing process & research ideas to develop the process by machine, folder or attachment.
• Generate daily performance reports, including loss analysis, to monitor production efficiency.
• Coordinate with top management to address and resolve current production issues effectively.
• Lead and manage IE activities to improve productivity and efficiency in the sewing floor.
• Analyze and develop operation breakdowns, SMV, and line layout.
• Plan and execute capacity studies, method improvement, and line balancing.
• Monitor daily production performance and identify bottlenecks.
• Work closely with production and planning teams to achieve targets.
• Implement Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Guide and develop junior IE team members.
