Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Diploma on Electrical/Mechanical engineering from any reputed institution.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Fire and safety training
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify risks and design safeguards that aid in preventing, controlling, and mitigating the effects of fires.
∎ Establish a fully functional and effective fire safety management system in all concerns of group.
∎ Prepare all safety standards, reports & documentation regarding all safety issues including fire evacuation plan and procedure.
∎ Ensuring training (Internal & External) for all employees relating all issues of safety in factories of group.
∎ Sufficient knowledge on installation and maintenance of PA system, Fire Alarm, & Detection System, Fire Hydrant and Sprinkler System.
∎ Ensuring regular inspection of all fire equipment's at all concerns of group.
∎ Ensure that all fireman, firefighters, and security personnel & others are properly trained and perform their duties as per requirement.
∎ Monitor/supervise the electrical/power cables/loose wires properly placed and to take remedial measures immediately with proper channel
∎ Conduct regular fire drill (Internal & External) and emergency evacuation drill to aware employees to face emergency incident in all concerns.
∎ Experience on Accord/Alliance requirements on safety issues.
∎ Sufficient knowledge about compliance standard to face all sort of safety audit specially fire safety audit when required.

∎ Age 26 to 33 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Retired Personnel from Bangladesh Navy & Civil Deference will get preference.
∎ Must demonstrate attitude of integrity, transparency, proactive and positive.
