Educational Requirements:
∎ Honor’s/Master’s degree, B.Com/ M.Com in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist, support and manage the fabrics store activities both bulk and sample.
∎ Ensure timely receive, issue QA check, GRN and storing goods with bin management.
∎ Ensure good housekeeping maintaining health & safety including 5S and buyer compliance.
∎ Ensure that all fabrics are kept as per buyer/style/order/batch and color code.
∎ Fabrics keeping, recording and reporting regular basis as per Buyers standard.
∎ Ensure on time deliveries of all fabrics to production and must maintain FIFO method.
∎ Daily cycle counting plan, prepare to cover quarterly full cycle.
∎ Maintain 100% stock accuracy.
∎ Have to maintain style wise file closing.
∎ Provide month closing report as per schedule to the Management.
∎ Handle all staffs including loaders with optimum level of utilization.
∎ Keep records and documents of slow moving, rejected, dead fabrics storing.
∎ Receive and Issue records of all materials, Inventory taking, Quality checking of fabric & accessories as per the procedure.
∎ Safe receive, storage, retrieval, and timely dispatch.
∎ Ensure goods are inbound & outbound, warehouse management, safety, and security within the store also ensure proper deliveries.
∎ Monitor warehouse activities to ensure that accessories are stored correctly and safely and warehouse space is used efficiently.
∎ Maintain close liaison with Merchandising Department and cater their requirement successfully.
∎ Ensure daily/weekly stock report.
∎ Any other jobs as assigned by Management.
