Job Summary:
This role involves identifying, evaluating, and managing relationships with fabric suppliers to ensure the best quality, price, and delivery terms. The Fabric Sourcing person will collaborate closely with the China mill & vendors.
Job Location: Mirpur -11.5, Dhaka
Key Responsibilities:
Develop fabric library for both knit, woven and Denim fabric
Develop foreign fabric suppliers
Negotiate best possible fabric price
Ensure to maintain a good relationship with Fabric Suppliers and Customers.
Monitor fabric shipment schedule and communicate with suppliers
Identify and qualify potential customers in the target markets (apparel brands, garment manufacturers, etc.)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable fabrics from your portfolio
Prepare and deliver sales presentations showcasing fabrics and their benefits
Negotiate and close sales deals, securing profitable contracts
Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely order fulfillment and satisfaction
Process and track sales orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Monitor customer relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Proven experience in B2B sales and marketing within the textile or apparel industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong of fabric types, properties, and applications
Ability to build strong relationships with clients and develop trust Proficiency in marketing tools and technologies (CRM, social media)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
