Four H Group is one of the largest knitwear manufacturing organizations, looking for dedicated individuals to handle challenging positions, and possess sufficient knowledge about compliance with related local laws, international laws, and buyer code of conduct, as well as related issues.
Conduct periodic internal reviews or audits to ensure that compliance procedures are followed strictly at all facilities.
Establish management systems, policies related to social compliance (employment conditions, wages, work hours, health and safety, grievance, etc.), and C-TPAT compliance (physical, personnel, procedural, IT, storage, shipping, contractor, etc.).
Creating & disseminating written policies and procedures related to compliance activities.
Collaborate with human resources departments to ensure the implementation of consistent disciplinary action strategies in cases of compliance standard violations.
Discuss emerging compliance issues with management or employees.
Having sufficient skills in SMART CAP writing.
Keep informed regarding pending industry changes, trends, and best practices, and assess the potential impact of these changes on organizational processes.
Report violations of compliance or regulatory standards to duly authorized enforcement agencies as appropriate or required.
Monitor employee training on compliance-related topics, policies, or procedures.
Compile applicable compliance requirements in the plant as prescribed by the association, authorities, laws and regulations, and international standards.
Monitor and ensure compliance with set up - like layouts, health & safety facilities, fire and safety equipment`s etc.
Maintain liaison with local authorities, association, buyer, regulatory authority, certification body & third-party auditor.
Assess product, compliance, or operational risks and develop risk management strategies.
Conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues.
Preparing the factory for facing different audits such as BSCI, SEDEX, RSC, Nirapon requirements, Social, Ethical, Supply chain security (SCS), etc.
Sufficient knowledge about Better Work requirements, strategies, and assessment procedures.
Review or modify operating guidelines to comply with changes to environmental standards or regulations.
Any other tasks assigned by the management.
