Experience:
3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on airline ticketing, customer care management, and reservations.
Experience working with GDS systems (Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus) and web reservation systems.
Proficiency in handling end-to-end booking procedures, re-issuing, re-validating, and issuing/refunding tickets.
Experience in airlines, travel agencies is highly preferred.

US-Bangla Airlines, the country’s largest private airline is looking for potential candidates to submit applications for the post of Sr. Executive / Assistant Manager- Reservation & Ticketing for its Online Travel Agencies (OTAs). (TripLover, TravelChamp, First Trip, Take Trip)
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage both incoming and outgoing calls, as well as emails, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Determine customer needs, clarify information, investigate problems, and offer solutions or alternatives.
Handle all email correspondence related to reservations and maintain timely communication.
Keep up-to-date travel advisories for international bookings and share relevant information with customers.
Regularly report to the Reservation Manager with updates and detailed information.
Track and exceed set quotas and goals for customer satisfaction.
Manage the entire booking procedure from start to finish.
Ensure expertise in re-issuing, re-validating, refunding, and upgrading tickets.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of operating GDS systems (Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus).
