Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage Reservation & Ticketing team.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information, investigate issues, and provide effective solutions or alternatives.
∎ Supervise and ensure efficient handling of all reservation-related email correspondence.
∎ Keep travel advisories up-to-date for international bookings and share them with customers.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or challenges promptly and effectively.
∎ Monitor and maintain high standards in call handling and email response practices.
∎ Ensure the team meets qualitative and quantitative targets, focusing on customer satisfaction.
∎ Provide regular reports to senior management with detailed updates on the department’s performance.
∎ Take an active role in the development and implementation of customer support strategies.
∎ Oversee the full booking process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at each stage.
∎ Manage and train the team on re-issuing, re-validating, refunding, and upgrading tickets.
∎ Ensure team proficiency in operating GDS systems (Galileo, Sabre, Amadeus) and other relevant systems.
∎ Manage end-to-end booking procedures, including the creation, modification, cancellation, and issuance of tickets.
∎ Continuously improve the team's skills and knowledge by providing training and mentorship.
∎ Perform additional duties assigned by management to support company growth.

∎ US-Bangla Airlines OTAs (TripLover, TravelChamp, First Trip, Take Trip) are seeking highly experienced and motivated Manager to lead our Reservation & Ticketing team.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead and manage Reservation & Ticketing team.
