∎ FirstTrip Ltd. a sister concern of US-Bangla Airlines, is looking for potential candidates to submit applications for the Assistant Brand Manager - Brand & Communication position.We seek a dynamic and creative Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) to take ownership of our brand strategy and drive its development, implementation, and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of consumer behavior, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful campaigns that enhance brand recognition and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:1. Brand Strategy and Planning- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives.- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive activities to identify brand positioning and differentiation opportunities.2. Campaign Management- Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns, including digital, print, OOH, and experiential initiatives.- Collaborate with creative teams to produce impactful advertising materials and content.3. Brand Communication- Ensure brand messaging and tone of voice are consistent across all channels.- Act as the primary custodian of the brand identity, maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring compliance across internal and external stakeholders.4. Performance Tracking and Analysis- Monitor and measure brand performance using key metrics (e.g., brand equity, awareness, and loyalty).- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance and brand health.5. Stakeholder Collaboration- Work closely with product, sales, and customer service teams to align branding efforts with business goals.- Collaborate with creative teams, designers, and copywriters to ensure the execution of innovative and visually appealing campaigns.- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors for creative and production work.6. Budget Management- Oversee the brand budget, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI on marketing spend.
