∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Pharmacy or BSC in any other subject can be consider if the incumbent shall have precious knowledge & vast experienced in relevant area.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure

∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Ability to Work Under Pressure, Adaptibility, Auto CAD Drafting, Costing, FMCG Production, FOOD AND BEVERAGE INDUSTRY, good communication skill, Manufacturing (Light Engineering Heavy Industry), Packaging, Plastic Bottle Preparation

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Record details of deliveries or shipments.
∎ Measure product or material dimensions.
∎ Weigh materials to ensure compliance with specifications.
∎ Mark materials or objects for identification.
∎ Load materials and products into package processing equipment.
∎ Clean containers, materials, supplies, or work areas, using cleaning solutions and hand tools.
∎ Record product, packaging, and order information on specified forms and records.
∎ Examine and inspect containers, materials, and products to ensure that packing specifications are met.
∎ Measure, weigh, and count products and materials.
∎ Monitoring/Assessing performance of individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.
∎ Analyze and determine all standards for packaging lines and ensure compliance to all schedule for processes and develop and maintain all packing orders effectively.
∎ Monitor and recommend improvements in processes to increase efficiency of packaging department and monitor inventory for warehouse and maintain records of all physical transactions and prepare documents for same.
∎ Maintain and ensure compliance to packaging schedule and assign specific tasks to all employees and monitor all packing equipment and supplies.
∎ Coordinate with quality and warehouse departments to monitor everyday activities of units and ensure efficient working of both manufacturing and packaging department and ensure continuous improvement in same.
∎ Manage all work according to packing schedule and maintain an inventory of materials and completion of all projects with required time frame.

∎ Age 28 to 35 years

∎ Should have experience to run a factory or a shift with minimum 50- 60 employees.
∎ Should have interest to face client and to search customer.
