Factory Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepared Vacancy State & Collect department requisition, Arrange Interview, Selection, Appointment Letter, for newly created posts, etc of ASML (Factory).
∎ Follow up and adequately maintain all records/ reports/ formats/ statements/ personnel files related to recruitment, appraisal, promotion, increment, transfer, separation, leave, etc.
∎ Sufficient Knowledge of wages, salary, compensation and benefit management.
∎ Arrange Fire training, Fire drill & First aid training.
∎ To ensure the safety of Occupational Health & Safety including Fire Safety, Environmental health, and safety (EHS).
∎ To prepare a corrective action plan (CAP) as per findings/observation/ recommendation of concerned audit parties and submit the CAP.
∎ To update all of the company policies, and documents as per the requirements related to all social compliance and other audits like I.S.O (QMS & EMS), GOTS, GRS, Buyer COC (Inditex, KIABI), and according to local law.
∎ Sound knowledge to prepare the factory always ready for Audit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates must have training certification in Fire, Health & Safety. ISO (OMS & EMS) and Passionate about innovation & creativity
