Job Responsibilities:
∎ Configure Network Equipment L3 & L2.
∎ Operate, maintain and optimize Network Communication
∎ Monitor and troubleshoot Network Systems
∎ Ability to initiate/ manage cross-functional team Excellence in communication skills.
∎ New client commissioning, device configuration, and up-gradation
∎ Install new software and hardware, carry out preventive maintenance
∎ Analysis of future requirement, prepare network upgrade plan and participate in product selection
∎ Generating ideas for new and innovative services and conduct presentation for the same
∎ Carry out day-to-day administrative activities relating to office resource management
∎ Assist in the procurement process including drafting RFP/specification, Evaluate bid proposals, Negotiate BoM and Finalize contracts
∎ Conduct Installation Completion Tests, participate in Operational Acceptance Tests and Generate reports
∎ Maintain strict compliance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as per company guidelines
∎ Implement Enterprise Campus Network with Routers, Switches, Firewalls, NGIPS, Access Points
∎ Implement routing services like BGP, OSPF, MPLS, L3VPN, and L2 VPN.
∎ Implement switching services like HSRP, GLBP, VRRP, VTP
∎ Understanding systems Services like DNS, DHCP, NTP, FTP.
∎ Implement security services ACL, IPS, network and cybersecurity attacks mitigating plan.
∎ Monitor and Analyze network issues proactively and report daily to supervisor with actionable process
∎ Maintenance of Enterprise/Service Provider network and suggest remedies and document the changes
∎ Service request management and nationwide support case handling with local and global support assistance
∎ Visit Remote areas per month for Support Case handling
∎ Engage in Project management role to complete projects on time
∎ Train the subordinates from time to time to prepare future growth
∎ Planning project cost related to delivery, implementation, resource allocation, AMC
∎ Manage and monitor the network as a NOC engineer with respect to assignment
∎ Planning Business for new technologies and products and engage in presales activities
∎ Conduct presentations at client side for product marketing and services
∎ Prepare bill of materials for several vendors and design technologies and present to customer for presales purpose
∎ Involve in OEM communication for business development and team development objectives
∎ Implement projects and handle client meetings for support service and presales activities
∎ Work as a Network Maintenance Engineer onsite from time to time whenever required
∎ Maintain customer relationship for future growth of business
∎ Job location will be changed from time to time in any part of the country as per project requirement
∎ Prepare, Plan, design, implement optimize and monitor systems/networks
∎ Understanding next-generation virtualization technologies.
