Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
- Experience: 8/10 years for Senior engineer and 2 to 5 years of practical experience for project engineer in a relevant field.
- Candidates with experience in Fair Face building construction will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Plan, implement, and supervise the daily activities of the project site from inception to completion.
- Ensure construction work is executed precisely according to architectural and structural drawings and designs.
- Maintain strict quality control of construction work and verify the quality of materials used.
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on work progress, maintain material inventory, and submit requisitions for necessary materials.
- Manage and provide clear instructions to laborers, foremen, and sub-contractors.
- Ensure all site safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Submit daily/weekly work progress reports to the Project Manager.
