Responsibilities & Context:
Paragon Group is the largest business conglomerate in the country's Feed sector is looking for experienced, proactive and honest candidates for its Feed Mills operation i.e Maintenance and Production.
Responsibility:
- Supervise to feed Production.
- Confirm about availability of raw materials and premixes before starting a shift.
- Dealing with workers.
- Dumping raw materials as per batch/items.
- Achieve the targeted production.
- At the end of a shift, handover responsibilities to the next concerned Officer and provide balance of raw materials and feeds stock to Store officer.
- Ensure loading of vehicle as per challan according to FIFO system.
- Assist Quality Control Department to evaluate quality of raw materials, medicines, premixes and finished product.
- Supervise to maintenance works.
- Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all mechanical & electrical equipment on time.
- Cost control.
- Spare parts monitoring for proper operation.
- All kind of preventive & regular maintenance.
- Prepare various reports.
- Adequate knowledge in generator and boiler maintenance.
- Any other assignment given by superiors.
