Paragon Group is the largest business conglomerate in the country's Feed sector is looking for experienced, proactive and honest candidates for its Feed Mills operation i.e Maintenance and Production.

Responsibility:

• Supervise to feed Production.
• Confirm about availability of raw materials and premixes before starting a shift.
• Dealing with workers.
• Dumping raw materials as per batch/items.
• Achieve the targeted production.
• At the end of a shift, handover responsibilities to the next concerned Officer and provide balance of raw materials and feeds stock to Store officer.
• Ensure loading of vehicle as per challan according to FIFO system.
• Assist Quality Control Department to evaluate quality of raw materials, medicines, premixes and finished product.
• Supervise to maintenance works.
• Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all mechanical & electrical equipment on time.
• Cost control.
• Spare parts monitoring for proper operation.
• All kind of preventive & regular maintenance.
• Prepare various reports.
• Adequate knowledge in generator and boiler maintenance.
• Any other assignment given by superiors.
