Experience:

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Developer

• Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) from IAB accredited university·        

• Must have IAB membership.

• Age 30 to 40 years

• Software Skills: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp / 3ds Max, V-Ray.

• Must have experience working in modern luxury interior and exterior design and detailing.

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

• Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills. 

•  Graphics Designing·        

• Interior Designing Detailing of Layout plans.

• Significant experience in tackling large-scale architectural issues for major construction projects or projects with highly complex systems is preferred.

• Substantial experience leading and managing designers, contractors, subcontractors, and/or vendors.

• Proven ability to collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders and drive project/program outcomes.

• Strong knowledge of the Real Estate codes and standards.

• Meet clients to understand project requirements, budget, and design goals.

• Prepare architectural concepts, layout plans, and design drawings.

• Develop detailed drawings, 3D views, and specifications for construction.

• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.

• Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical engineers.

• Prepare and review project cost estimates and material selections.

• Visit construction sites to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy.

• Resolve design or construction issues during project execution.

• Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.

• Ensure quality control, sustainability, and efficient space utilization.

• Maintain proper documentation and project records.
