• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Real Estate, Interior Design

• 3 to 5 years of professional architectural experience at any Interior firm.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in large-scale & diversified projects.

• Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., 3ds Max, AutoCAD, Revit, D-5, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite)

• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and architectural detailing.

• Registration as a licensed architect (preferred or required based on region)

• Leadership: Capable to lead the Creative team and integrating with the sales team.

• Design Development: Create, review, and refine design concepts, presentation, construction drawings, and specifications.

• Client Coordination: Server client primarily to ensure their vision and to make it visible in an integrated way.
