Job Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and animations for architectural and interior design projects.

• Work closely with architects and designers to develop creative and accurate visual presentations.

• Ensure realistic textures, lighting, and materials are applied to all renders.

• Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

• Stay updated with the latest design tools and visualization techniques.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer in architecture or interior design.

• Capable of preparing creative Layout Plan, Furniture Layout by Auto CAD, and 3D designs by SketchUp, 3D MAX, Vary, D-5, and Photoshop, etc. Strong sense of composition, color, materials, and lighting.

• Ability to interpret architectural drawings and design concepts.

• Attention to detail and creativity in visualization.
